RUN FAST WORKSHOP

The RUN FAST WORKSHOP is a Running Analysis and Coaching workshop. It is designed to be fun, interactive, and suitable for all ages and abilities. The expert advice shared will give you, your sports club or gym the tools and advice you need to improve your running technique and, therefore, help improve your race results and reduce your risk of injury. 

 

It is a balance of theory and practical that will focus on improving running form and will include discussions on

 

Foot placement

Cadence

Stride length

Posture

The head

Arms

A natural lean

Breathing

Footwear

Training

The mind

 

Participants will have the opportunity to participate in learning and practising form drills and technique cues that will transform their running to new levels.
